Hey guys! I wrote a book!
It’s called The Little Black Notebook. It’s a story about a trans lady who finds herself falling in love with a woman she thought she had invented as a character for her tabletop role-playing game. It turns out the character is real, her world is real, and the connection growing between them doesn’t just let them see and speak to one another, it also gives a lich the opportunity to smuggle a phylactery into our world. Which is something of a problem.
The Little Black Notebook is a slow-burn T4T literary fantasy romance about two trans women falling in love across worlds. There’s magic, tarot, tabletop gaming, astral projection, an ill-advised amount of trust in druids, and the increasingly difficult question of what you’re willing to leave behind for a chance at a different life.
The novel is around 126,000 words and is available as both an EPUB and a PDF. I’ve made the book free to download on itch.io.
